Little Sadie

The first part of the video walks through the melody pretty much as it is tabbed out, except without the chord strums. The second part is a little faster version with some strums or extra notes added.

Here is tablature of the basic melody. Most of the notes can be played from the chord shapes, which I would recommend doing if you want to strum the chord at the end of the runs.

Sometimes I bar the E and B strings on the first fret with my index finger when I'm holding the Dm chord. This allows me to hold down the F note while playing the Dm chord, while giving me quick access to the C note during the first part of melody.
