Two-Finger Exercise:

Use your first (index) and third finger to play the notes on the first and third frets of each string, starting from the bottom (fat E string).
E-------------------------------------1--3--4--2-------------------------------
B------------------------------1--3---------------4--2-------------------------
G-----------------------1--3----------------------------4--2-------------------
D----------------1--3-----------------------------------------4--2-------------
A---------1--3------------------------------------------------------4--2-------
E--1--3-------------------------------------------------------------------4--2-
Repeat this up and down cycle, moving up to the next position until you get to the 12th fret. Also, try the same thing using your middle finger and pinkie.
Chromatic Scale Warm-up:

From the first position, play each note on the first 4 frets of each string.
E-----------------------------------------------1-2-3-4--
B--------------------------------------1-2-3-4-----------
G-----------------------------1-2-3-4--------------------
D--------------------1-2-3-4-----------------------------
A-----------1-2-3-4--------------------------------------
E--1-2-3-4-----------------------------------------------
When you got to the top (high E string), move your hand one fret up so that your index finger is on the second fret (called 2nd position). Now play each note down the scale.
E--5-4-3-2-----------------------------------------------
B-----------5-4-3-2--------------------------------------
G--------------------5-4-3-2-----------------------------
D-----------------------------5-4-3-2--------------------
A--------------------------------------5-4-3-2-----------
E-----------------------------------------------5-4-3-2--
When you get to the bottom, slide up another position and repeat the process until you get to the 12th fret.
Finger Buster:

This exercise uses all four fingers, but alternates: 1,3,2,4 on the way up, and 4,2,3,1 on the way down the chromatic scale.
E-----------------------------------------------1-3-2-4--
B--------------------------------------1-3-2-4-----------
G-----------------------------1-3-2-4--------------------
D--------------------1-3-2-4-----------------------------
A-----------1-3-2-4--------------------------------------
E--1-3-2-4-----------------------------------------------

E--5-3-4-2-----------------------------------------------
B-----------5-3-4-2--------------------------------------
G--------------------5-3-4-2-----------------------------
D-----------------------------5-3-4-2--------------------
